What are my rates?

Please contact me to discuss rates for specific services if you don’t have one of the health insurances indicated below.

How do I get started?

Great question! Please get in touch with me to schedule a complimentary 15-minute call. This call will be an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, answer any questions related to therapy and my clinical approach, and determine if we’re the right fit. I look forward to hearing from you.

Do I accept health insurance?

Yes, I do accept health insurance. I accept the following health insurance plans:

  • BCBS

  • Aetna

  • Medicare

  • Tufts Public and Private

  • Harvard Pilgrim

  • United Healthcare

  • Self-pay

And, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you may be able to use these funds to cover therapy expenses. Discuss with your account provider for specific information.

Do I provide in-person and telehealth?

Yes, I do offer in-person and telehealth therapy services.

How would this be different if I had previously been in therapy?

If previous therapy hasn’t been helpful, it might be because the approach or clinical relationship wasn’t appropriate.
