Welcome! I am marci
I believe women heal best when they feel both deeply supported in relationship and honored as whole, complex individuals. My work combines a relational approach—where trust, empathy, and connection are at the heart of therapy—with a holistic perspective that values all parts of your life and identity. I will guide you towards uncovering the origins of emotional distress and helping you reconnect with your truest self- one rooted in peace, wholeness, and authenticity.
I’m excited to co-journey with you no matter where you may be along your healing journey. I’m proud of you for taking this courageous and vulnerable next step…See you soon!
“Healing asks for honesty, not shame. It begins when you stop hiding the pain from even yourself.”
About me
Welcome to Still Rising Counseling and Consulting! I believe that real transformation begins with compassion, connection, and the courage to look within. My path to becoming a therapist is rooted in my own healing journey—doing the hard work of nurturing my inner child and breaking generational cycles of trauma. That experience opened my eyes to how deeply our minds, bodies, and emotions are woven together, and it taught me that where we’ve been does not determine where we can go.
Over the years, I’ve noticed that many people seeking healing don’t always get better. Too often, Western healthcare focuses on symptom management, while overlooking the deeper roots of distress. At Still Rising, I want to create a different experience—one that goes beyond surface-level coping to explore the whole person. Through both my personal journey and my work with clients, I’ve witnessed how this deeper work leads to meaningful and lasting change.
Beyond my clinical work, I love spending time outdoors hiking, running, or traveling, as well as expressing myself through dance and creative arts. Most of all, I cherish being with people who bring meaning and joy to my life.
