As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in MA and RI (LMHC & MHC), I bring extensive experience in individual, group, and family therapy. I have had the privilege of working with women from diverse backgrounds navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic illness, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.

In addition to therapy, I offer life coaching for women seeking focused guidance, accountability, and personal growth. Drawing on specialized training and years of experience, I help clients move from insight to action as they build balance, confidence, and resilience.

I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor, providing supervision for Master’s level interns and newly licensed Mental Health Counselors. My approach emphasizes relational connection, ethical practice, and the integration of self-awareness and clinical skill.

Alongside my clinical work, I am a trained speaker and presenter with experience facilitating workshops and seminars on emotional wellness, resilience, and women’s empowerment.
